Turn Around Time: Anywhere from 2 days to 10 days (It all depends on how detailed and how complex the piece/character is. If its like the Kirin that's super super detailed/complex it will take a while. The more detail the longer it takes.)

Don't see anything above in your price range? Comment/note and I'll work with you. Right now I just need to get as many commissions as I can. Turn around time, based on complexity and which type, can be anywhere from a few days to a week or so. It also depends on my queue which right now is empty.
